What is our Holiday Exchange Policy?

You want to give the perfect gift, and we totally get that! That’s why we’ll happily take returns and exchanges for orders done after Cyber Monday (Nov 28th) on all regular priced merchandise shipped back to us before January 1st. And as a little bonus“Happy Holidays”, we’ll send you the exchange at no extra shipping cost once we receive your return! Before you send in your return, please bear in mind:

It has to be new. We can’t process anything that’s been worn. That means no scuffs, scratches, stains, odors, tears, or anything else unhygienic.

We need the tags! Most Freddy Products have a hang tag attached. We need that attached to process any returns. We can’t help you without the original hang tag attached to your garment. The Holidays should be happy and stress-free. So we’ll do what we can to help you out with your returns and exchanges. Just follow the instructions above, and we’ll all get along fine!
